The Itach-Maaki – Women Lawyers for Social Justice Association, Registered Association No. 580375582 (the “Association”), welcomes your decision to browse the website operated at: www.itach.org.il (the “Website”).
The Association works to promote social justice for women, with an emphasis on empowering women from economically and socially disadvantaged groups and advancing their voices in the public sphere. The Website was established for the purpose of providing the public with information regarding the Association’s activities, women’s rights, and professional publications, as well as enabling users to apply for free legal assistance in matters relating to employment and National Insurance, join the volunteer network, and make secure donations to the Association in support of its continued activities (the “Services”).
- General:

Please read the Terms carefully, as browsing the Website and performing any actions on it constitute your consent to the terms contained herein. In addition, the Website reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. The effective date of any such amendment shall be from the moment of its publication on the Website.
- The Terms apply to the use of the Website and the content included therein through any computer or other communication device (such as a mobile phone, tablet computer, and the like). They also apply to the use of the Website, whether through the Internet or through any other network or means of communication.

- It is hereby clarified that sending an inquiry through the contact forms on the Website, contacting the legal assistance center (the “Hotline”), or providing preliminary information to the Association, do not create an attorney-client relationship and do not constitute a commitment by the Association to provide legal representation or legal assistance. The provision of assistance is subject to the review of the inquiry by the Association’s professional team, compliance with the relevant criteria, and the formal signing of a power of attorney and/or a consent form for legal representation.
- The user declares that they are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by them through the Website or the Hotline. The Association shall not bear responsibility for any assistance, recommendation, or action based on incomplete, incorrect, or misleading information provided by the user.
- The user declares that they understands that providing an initial response does not constitute any commitment regarding the outcome of any legal proceeding or any proceeding before governmental authorities (such as the National Insurance Institute of Israel). For the avoidance of doubt, all information provided to the Association shall be maintained under confidentiality and professional privilege, even where only an initial response is provided without any continuation or legal representation.

- If intentionally incorrect information was provided when submitting information and/or making a donation through the Website;
- If the Website was used to perform, or attempt to perform, an unlawful act under the laws of the State of Israel, or an act that appears on its face to be unlawful as stated above, or to enable, facilitate, assist, or encourage the commission of such an act;
- If the provisions of these Terms have been violated;
- If the Website was used in an attempt to compete with the Website;
- If the user performed any act that prevents others from browsing and using the Website in any manner.
- Making a Donation Through the Website:

- When making a donation, the donor will be required to provide various information, such as full name, telephone number, email address, and additional information as determined at the Website’s discretion. The donor is responsible for providing correct, accurate, current, and complete information. The Website may verify the information entered after the donation has been made.
- Donations shall be made using a credit card belonging to the donor or by any other payment method presented on the donation page. Following confirmation of the transfer of the donation, the Association shall issue the donor with a donation receipt, subject to the provisions of applicable law.
- Making donations through the Website is subject to additional terms and restrictions that may be specified on the Website.
- The donor confirms and agrees that: (1) they are aware that the donation is made of her own free will and that they will not receive anything in return for the donation; (2) the Association may use the donation funds at its sole discretion and in accordance with the Association’s purposes as detailed on the Website.

- Any request for the modification or cancellation of a donation shall be submitted to the Association via the email address appearing at the bottom of these Terms.
- The Association shall make reasonable efforts to comply with such request, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
- Should a request for modification or cancellation be approved, it shall be carried out only following the applicant/donor receiving a written confirmation from the Association approving such request.
- Any monetary refund, where applicable, shall be made to the same payment method used by the donor to make the donation.
