As a full-time peace activist for over 6 years, I have often found myself dealing with the micro-levels of various projects. My training has reminded me of the broader perspective and reignited my passion for the ultimate goal: peace. Thanks to my training, I have deepened my understanding of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and honed my conflict resolution skills through discussion, listening, and negotiation, guiding people from disagreement to soft consensus without escalating into conflict.
