Veronica Vigdorchik

Representative of the Healing Across the Divides Foundation in Israel.
Facilitator of international political seminars, group facilitator, and energetic therapist.

From Talmei Yechiel.

Ms. Vigdorchik established and managed the Arab-Jewish Joint Society at AJEEK-NISPED. She was among the founders and leaders of the Pride Parade in Ashdod, one of the leaders of the 2011 social protests in Ashdod, and one of the founders and leaders of the Negev Circle of the Standing Together movement. She also served as a coordinator for at-risk youth and a coordinator of social involvement in the Ashdod municipality.

She holds a degree in industrial engineering and management from Sami Shamoon College in Ashdod and completed a course on facilitating groups focused on conflicting gender roles and healthy sexuality by Neve Shalom and the Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel.

Through my training, I was able to understand the importance of women’s representation in negotiation circles, which contributes far beyond the historical concept or the classic security concept. While it’s not easy for us as women to put ourselves in these positions, we need to understand that gender is a central axis in every issue – and that’s where our knowledge and influence come into play.
