Former Deputy Division Director at the State Comptroller’s Office, Ms. Locker has led major environmental and social control projects. She has served as a Legal Advisor at Hazera Genetics, an international seed company, and at Tahal Group, a water and environmental infrastructure engineering company operating in Israel and abroad.

An attorney and mediator, Ms. Locker holds a master’s degree in international law from Georgetown University (with honors) and a bachelor’s degree in law from Tel Aviv University. She is an alumna of the Safe Horizon and Columbia University Mediation Program, as well as the European Union SwitchMed Program in cooperation with Tel Aviv University and the Green Academy by the Green for Growth Fund.

Beyond being introduced to this powerful network of women during my training, I had the privilege of understanding the important and significant role women play in peace and security negotiations. They bring to the table both professional skills and interpersonal abilities that can be a game-changer in extremely difficult stages of the solution. In the current situation, we must fight for this role.
