My training has deepened my understanding of the struggles that people and groups from other countries face in their pursuit of recognition, rectification, and reconciliation. It has also reinforced my belief that there are individuals on the other side who remain committed to achieving this shared goal, inspiring my conviction in the necessity of female leadership for resolving the long-standing conflict in our region.
