My training has provided me with an opportunity to meet women with agendas and values, who have a real impact on our lives and carry weight in the struggle for human rights, working to ensure a decent life and equal rights for all. I have understood the essence of our role as women who work within a framework of sharing and receiving tools to lead negotiations that benefit both parties.
