My educational journey has led me to the reassuring realization that ultimately, the key to success is to ‘Just Do It.’ Through my daily work, I’ve found myself participating in discussions and collaborating with groups that are predominantly male. My training has revealed the advantages of being a woman, allowing me to bring a different perspective and offer creative, relevant solutions for our increasingly complex reality. The tools I’ve acquired, the roundtable discussions that have expanded my connections with women from diverse backgrounds, and the stories, examples, and experiences I’ve absorbed throughout my training have all contributed to my personal growth and will continue to support me on my journey. This, in turn, reinforces my commitment to maintain my belief that it is possible to change our reality and pave the way for a peace agreement between Israelis and Palestinians by using out-of-the-box solutions that challenge conventional thinking.
