Aliza Silvera

Director of the Community Mediation and Conflict Resolution Center in Ramla.
Serves as a member of the Association of Community Mediation and Dialogue Centers.

In the past, Ms. Silvera served as a project manager and customer relations manager at the Center for the Cultivation of Entrepreneurship in Modi’in, Ramla and Lod. She also served as Assistant CEO at Noumena, a strategic research and consulting company, and completed the U.S. State Department’s Leadership Program on mixed cities, coexistence, society, and the impact of activism on decision-makers across the United States.

Ms. Silvera holds a bachelor’s degree in politics and communications from Hadassah College; and a mediation certificate from the Gevim Institute.

My training has introduced me to true companions with whom I can share my journey, and I have grown to believe in the ability of women to lead and promote joint action. I also realized the importance of acting rather than merely discussing the issues.
